Lock Maintenance
Workshop - 20 Hours - REVISED FOR 2011!
Our most popular class has been revised by student request. This is an in depth, hands-on workshop that addresses
the most common residential locksmith service calls including but not limited to:
Introduction to and history of
locks, Locksmith nomenclature, Key blank identification, Dismantling lock cylinders, New lock installation, Service and repair
, Making keys my impression, Code cutting and duplicating, Rekeying, Master key systems, Emergency lock entry and much more.
Additionally, students will learn entry-level commercial locksmith techniques that are often required when servicing
apartment complexes, small businesses and churches.
Students will earn a Certificate of Completion and will be
given the opportunity to establish their own accounts with the leading industry wholesalers.
This class is ideal
for those looking for their first introduction to the trade of Locksmithing wether to embark on a new career or to supplement
their existing income.
Tuition for this class is $875 per student and includes free tech support for 1 year.
As stated above, this class has been revised by student request. Our Diploma course is now 20 hours. Classroom hours
are Monday - Friday 8am to 12pm.
